Seeutek 80cc Bicycle Engine Kit for 26 and 28 Bikes

The Seeutek 80cc bicycle engine kit includes all the necessary parts and instructions to convert your bike, also featuring a bonus speedometer. While a bit technical, professional installation is highly recommended, as it will require some time to set up. To begin, move the choke lever to the "on" position, hold the clutch, pedal the bike rapidly to gain speed, then gradually release the clutch. To stop, slow down, disengage the clutch, and apply the original brake (if not removed). To halt the engine, completely choke the carburetor with the lever or slowly disengage the clutch and press the kill switch on the twist-grip throttle.

All of our engines arrive fully assembled. We disassemble them to allow customers to see the internal components and build trust in our product. If any issues arise, we can address them promptly, as we stand behind our work. Importantly, the motor requires a gasoline and oil mixture, with the oil serving as a crucial lubricant. Without it, the motor's performance and lifespan will be diminished.

The engine's magneto comes with three wires, including an additional white wire that can be used for a headlight if needed. The 80cc bicycle engine kit fits most 26" or 28" wheeled bikes (mountain, cruiser, chopper, road) with a V-frame. The frame should have 9-11" of clearance between the bottom bracket and top bar, and the frame tubes should measure 25-29mm (around 1") in diameter. Larger frames may require the universal motor mount.

Our 80cc motorized bike kit includes a classic-style analog speedometer, allowing you to monitor and control your bike's speed. The package also features a foam-safe design to protect the engine and oil tank during delivery.

For the first few rides, limit the riding time to a maximum of 1 hour to allow the engine air cylinder to adjust to the load and avoid potential complications. After the break-in period, follow the maintenance routine outlined in the instruction manual. We have upgraded the hardware with premium hex socket screws and bolts for improved performance.

Installation requires basic mechanical skills, tools, and 2-3 hours. If this is your first time, we recommend reviewing the instruction manual and watching relevant YouTube tutorials to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the process.
